Welcome!
We are always looking for new beautiful pieces to add to our shop stock.
You can pop in store anytime Tuesday to Friday, 10am to 4pm with your pieces & we'll need about 20 minutes to look through them (depending on the number of items).
Saturdays are a busy time for us ~ so if you're a first time consigner please get in touch to organise an appointment before coming in.
Alternatively, you can email or dm us through Instagram photos of your pieces.

Hints & Tips

Commission Splits
We consign your pieces for a 2 month period, or longer on consultation with you.
We price your pieces as we see fit for sale.
We may choose to consign, some, all or none of your items.
When your item sells you will receive 50% of the sale price {ex GST}.
Consignor/Store split breakdown {ex GST}
$500 & under 50/50 split
$500 + 60/40 split
$1000 + 70/30 split

Condition
We only accept items in excellent condition.
Please make sure your clothing is freshly washed & clean.
Dry cleaning of high end items is preferred. We will not accept items with fake tan, makeup, stains or smells of any kind.
Please ensure your pieces have no rips, tears or missing buttons.

Age & Style
The focus of our store is current and/or on trend pieces from mid to high end Australian labels.
We consign seasonally, looking at summer pieces from Oct - March and winter pieces April - September (approx)
We don't accept vintage pieces, active wear or formal wear.
Items should be no older than a year or two.
We are always happy to consider pieces but ultimately make decisions based on what items are in highest demand.

The Nitty Gritty
Payouts are sent via bank transfer, at your request, or in full at the end of your consignment period
After 6 weeks in store, we may reduce your remaining pieces at 30% off. This discount is shared between the store and client split.
You will be advised by text or email when your consignment period has finished. Any payments will be finalised & you will be given 14 days to collect any unsold items from us. If after this time the items remain at our store they will be donated to one of our chosen charities, Solaris Cancer Care or the Bindaring Red Cross Sale.

Authenticity
Designer bags, sunglasses & jewellery may need to be authenticated.
We may require original receipts to prove authenticity, please provide these if you have them available.
If your item requires authentication, we can faciliate this through our 3rd party authentication partner. This comes at a cost of $30, payable by the client at the time of consigning, and remains with the item.
Original boxes & dust bags are encouraged.
